Refund Policy
These terms apply only when you choose a paid vacancy. Applications remain free, and no payment is due before an interview is officially confirmed.

Refund policy at a glance
Confirmed refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A numbered digital receipt is provided for every payment or refund.

| Candidate withdraws before the interview | Advance is not refundable |
| Candidate misses the confirmed interview without prior notice | Advance is not refundable |
| Candidate declines or withdraws after accepting the offer | Amounts already paid are not refundable |
| Candidate joins and later leaves the employer | Amounts already paid are not refundable |
