The 40% advance forms part of the total vacancy charge; it is not an additional charge.
Clear terms, fewer worries
Refund Policy
Charges are not assumed for every vacancy. If a charge applies, it will be discussed transparently only after the interview. Nothing is payable unless the terms are shared in writing and accepted by you.
Simple terms, discussed after interview.
If a charge is applicable and you choose to proceed, 40% is payable after the interview and written agreement. The remaining 60% is payable only after you accept a written offer. Confirmed refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
| What happens | Refund outcome |
|---|---|
| Employer cancels or withdraws the opening | 100% of every amount paid for that vacancy |
| Interview does not take place | No charge is payable; any mistaken payment is refunded in full |
| Candidate is rejected before receiving an offer | 100% of the advance |
| Employer rejects or withdraws after issuing an offer | 100% of every amount paid |
| Candidate withdraws after accepting the terms and paying the initial amount | The initial payment is not refundable |
| Candidate misses the confirmed interview without prior notice | Advance is not refundable |
| Candidate declines or withdraws after accepting the offer | Amounts already paid are not refundable |
| Candidate joins and later leaves the employer | Amounts already paid are not refundable |
My HR Circle — RT does not represent an employer unless explicitly stated in writing. Payment never guarantees selection, joining or employment.
Policy acceptance, payment milestones and receipts should remain connected to the same vacancy and candidate details.
Next step, only if applicable
Read everything calmly before accepting.
The acceptance form is used only after the vacancy and interview process have been discussed. Submitting it records your agreement to the applicable terms.
